Deborah has over 30 years of experience in leading and growing businesses. Her passion for the entrepreneurial environment has led her to take a hands-on role in every aspect of her career. Her experience in operations, launching brands, patent and formulation development and professional training drives her to inspire others and guides Dermazone’s mission and vision. Before launching Dermazone, Deborah held positions as a director of product development and vice president for Fountain Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; consulted for Applied Strategic Planning, Inc. a commercial feasibility and solutions company and held the position of vice president at Essentials, Inc.
Deborah sits on the Small Business Advisory Board with the Personal Care Products Council; was formerly on the Board of Directors for the CEO Council of Tampa Bay; and was a founding member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the ARCS (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists) Foundation. She has been nominated for numerous achievement awards in Tampa Bay including Businesswoman of the Year and is a recognized leader, business mentor and international speaker in her profession.
Deborah has a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from Stonehill College and is a member of the CEW, ABS, ACS and SPA.
