ST. PETERSBURG — Finding the right workers to handle specialized jobs is a challenge for manufacturers.
Life sciences firm Dermazone Solutions discovered the best way to staff up is to “grow its own,” hiring people with the right attitude and training them, said Deborah Duffey, president and chief product development officer.
